Chobe Safari in a Nutshell
“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better” Albert Einstein
Botswana is widely regarded as having some of the best wilderness and wildlife areas on the African continent. It’s a rarity in our over-populated, over-developed world. Untamed and untameable, it is one of the last great refuges for Nature’s magnificent pageantry of life.
Protea Safari Tours offers once in a lifetime safaris, to remember one of the greatest wildlife regions in Africa. They offer the chance to capture some of the most astounding photographs of wildlife and habitat that you will ever experience.
The Chobe is famous for its huge herds of Buffalo and Elephant watching them from the water, especially when the Elephants walk across the Chobe River. This is an excellent safari for photography and one can get very close to the Elephants and Hippos at times during several planned boat cruises.
The Safari to the Chobe area is rich in bird and animal life and, not least, for its exquisite sunsets and wildlife experiences.
